New Executive Chef Brings Passion for Excellent Cuisine!
David Yarde, Sugar Cane Club’s new Executive Chef, brings 17 years of experience to the property along with a youthful energy and consistent passion for fabulous cuisine. Prior to joining the property, he owned a cozy bistro on the South Coast of the island which was known for its intimate atmosphere, excellent food and customer service.
Today, bringing a fresh perspective to the creation of culinary delights on property, he has been treating guests to specialties such as Roasted Lamb and Curry Shrimp Salad. Guests are raving about the restaurant’s Catch of the Day, seasoned to perfection and prepared to their specifications – their most popular choices being blackened or grilled. The fish is caught daily in the nearby fishing village of Six Men’s Bay, so that it is always delightfully fresh.
